Refund policy

Digital products, the right of withdrawal, and how to ask for a refund.
What this covers
All our products are downloadable digital content (PDF guides). These rules apply to purchases made through Stripe, our Merchant of Record.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a rule you have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase. For digital content that right ends once the download starts with your explicit consent — which you give at checkout by accepting immediate delivery of the file. So once you've downloaded a guide, the no-reason right of withdrawal may no longer apply.
When we refund
Regardless of the above, we refund you if the file didn't arrive, won't open, is corrupted, incomplete, or clearly not as described. We want you to get what you paid for.
How to request a refund
Email klaudia.debicka@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase — include the email used at checkout and a short note on the problem.
How Stripe handles it
Refunds are processed by Stripe as Merchant of Record. Money returns to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days — the exact timing depends on your bank or card provider.
