Who sells

The guides are created and sold by Klaudia Dębicka, the author of followthewiatr. Contact: klaudia.debicka@gmail.com. These terms cover the purchase of digital guides and travel plans about Indonesia.

What you're buying

Digital products — guides and travel plans delivered as PDF files, sent electronically. They are downloads, not physical goods. Nothing is shipped by post.

Payments and Merchant of Record

Payments are handled by Stripe, which acts as the Merchant of Record and reseller of our products. Stripe is what appears on your statement and issues the receipt/invoice.

Delivery

Once your payment clears you get a download link at the email you provided — usually right away. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check spam and email klaudia.debicka@gmail.com and we'll send it manually.

Licence

Your purchase gives you a licence for personal, non-commercial use. Don't resell, publish or share the file. Copyright stays with the author.

Prices and tax

Prices are shown in PLN and USD. Any applicable tax (VAT/sales tax) is calculated and remitted by Stripe at checkout based on your country — the final amount is shown before you confirm.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by a separate Refund policy (linked in the footer). If anything is wrong with your file, email klaudia.debicka@gmail.com — we'll fix it or refund you.

Law and changes

Polish law and EU consumer law apply. We may update these terms; the version in force on your purchase date governs that purchase. Questions: klaudia.debicka@gmail.com.
